Our construction team specializes in multifamily and mixed-use developments ranging from 50 to 250 units throughout Lowell, southern New Hampshire, and the Seacoast region. We provide the expertise and hands-on collaboration needed to move projects from pre-construction through completion.

LOWELL, MA — 37 UNITS
A five-story, 37-unit multifamily community at 218 Middlesex Street in downtown Lowell's JAM (Jackson/Appleton/Middlesex) urban renewal neighborhood, featuring five floors ranging from studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. Scheduled to open for occupancy in September 2026.

A 153-unit multifamily community at 895 Boston Road in Haverhill's Bradford neighborhood, featuring four residential buildings with one- and two-bedroom layouts. Opened in 2025, The James offers smart-home technology, EV charging stations, garage parking, and contemporary amenities.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — 137 UNITS
A 137-unit multifamily building in North Andover, featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment floorplans. The community offers a fitness center, coworking spaces, EV charging stations, and garage parking.

BEDFORD, NH — 133 UNITS
Located at 107 S River Rd in Bedford, New Hampshire, The Chandler is a 40,000 SF building with 133 units. Situated within the Goffe Mill Plaza mixed-use development, The Chandler offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.

Scott March
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Scott brings a strong combination of field experience and business expertise to Heritage's construction division. He began his career as a carpenter’s apprentice and went on to build deep experience in project management and general contracting, including over seven years overseeing a $40–$60 million annual revenue pipeline at a leading regional construction firm.

At Heritage Properties, Scott focuses on building trusted client partnerships, with an emphasis on collaboration, clear communication, cost certainty, and consistent execution from pre-construction through delivery.
Nate Latiolais
PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Nate Latiolais is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management for residential and commercial developments. He joins the Heritage Properties team with over a decade of construction experience.
Patrick Monahan
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Patrick Monahan is a licensed superintendent, bringing a background in estimating, project management, and field supervision. He has successfully guided projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering buildings on time and on budget.
Luke Brown
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Luke Brown is a general contractor specializing in multifamily construction. He joins the Heritage Properties team with over a decade of experience working on multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout New England.
