Heritage Properties launches in-house construction division

"Heritage Properties, a locally-owned and operated real estate investment, development, and management company, is pleased to announce its next phase of growth: a new in-house general contracting division, alongside a series of strategic hires – including vice president of business development, Scott March.
The division aims to address a widening market gap identified by the company’s leadership team – entitled multifamily projects that are ready to build but lack the capacity to move forward into the construction process. Heritage Properties’ construction division will focus its initial efforts on 50–250 unit multifamily developments throughout Lowell, MA, southern New Hampshire, and the Seacoast region. The team will handle estimating, project management, and operations internally to provide clients with faster operations and direct communication and collaboration."
